Cooling machine is the general term of a kind of cooling equipment. In industrial production, the drum cooling machine is very widely used with reliable operation, strong adaptability and large quantity.
Drum cooling machine is composed of tank, front roller ring, back roller ring, gear, riding wheel, pinion, discharging mouth, feed plate, reducer, motor, air tube, furnace and other parts. According to the different needs of users, it can be equipped with different equipment, such as: elevator, conveyor, constant feeder, cyclone dust collector, induced draft fan and other supporting facilities.
Dried material enters the cooling machine from the feeding mouth at one end of the cooling machine. Under the action of gravity, the material flows from the higher end to the lower end. In the process of flowing, material meets with cold air which has lower temperature and heats the cold air. The heated hot air is discharged out of dryer by the induced draft fan to reduce the temperature of the material.
