Sieving machine uses the relative motion of grain sieving surface, and makes part of the particles go through the sieving holes. The sieving effect of vibrating screen depends on the size of the sieving hole. Different materials need different screens.
Sieving machine can be divided into the fixed sieving surface, vibrating sieving surface, roller sieving surface, movement sieving surface and other types according to the sieving surface.
Fixed sieving surface sieving machine: the sieving surface of this equipment is stationary, and material rolls from one end to the other under the action of gravity. There is mesh on the sieving surface, and material with reasonable granularity goes through the filter hole and becomes the finished product.
Roller sieving surface: roller sieving machine symbolizes this kind of equipment. The sieving machine is tube-shaped, and its roller rotates to sieve the material in the roller.
Vibrating sieving surface: vibrating sieving machine is the symbol of such equipment. The sieving surface has strong vibration driving by high frequency motor, and material moves quickly on the screen to make the qualified material go through the sieving holes.
