Chicken manure dryer has a very wide application range in the areas whose farming develops very rapidly. This equipment can use different heating forms according to the requirement of the drying products, such as gas producer, indirect hot blast stove, heat conduction oil, electric heating and steam heating, etc. The machine for drying poultry manure is suitable for processing the chicken and duck manure whose water content is less than 65%, which has these good effects, such as developing feed resources, lowering feeding cost and reducing environmental pollution.
This equipment is composed of the following parts: heating source, feeding machine, feeding machine, bowl, material crushing plant, discharging machine, induced draft fan, discharge machine and the power distribution cabinet.
Wet material after dehydrating is added from one end of the dryer, through the constant stir-frying of the dryer and under the effect of hot air heating, material has fulfilled the drying requirements when it runs to the other end of the dryer. Chicken manure dryer is a kind of necessity equipment in producing organic fertilizer. It can also be used in the production of fish feed or pig feed.
