Band dryer has a variety of heating modes, and it can adopt the electric heating, hot air heating, steam heating, and other heating modes. It can undertake continuous drying, and its automation degree is strong.
Band dryer is mainly used to pass the compression moulding ball materials to the flat plate feeder of dryer through conveyor. Distributing the material on the dryer by the flat plate feeder evenly can improve the permeability of the ball and achieve the best drying effect.
Material moves back and forth on the net belt inside the dryer and makes the material heated evenly, and the drying effect is very ideal. It is one of the first choices for the dryer models.
Band dryer is applicable to chemical, food, medicine, building materials, electronic and other industries. It is particularly applicable to the drying of sheet, strip and granular materials which has better breathability. It can also dry materials after materials are shaped through the granulator or banded extruder.
