Ultrafine mill is a processing equipment of fine powder and ultra-fine powder, which is mainly used for grinding non inflammable and explosive material with less than grade 6 Mohs hardness, such as chalk, limestone, dolomite, calcite, kaolin, bentonite, mica, talc, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite ore, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite palygorskite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alum stone, fluorite, rock phosphate, potassium ore, pumice and other minerals. It can be also called ultrafine grinder, ultrafine pulverizer, ultrafine grinding mill and superfine mill.

Ultrafine mill production line is the complete set of grinding equipment for micro powder, fine powder and ultrafine powder. In general, it consists of the host, pipe, fan, pulse dust collector, feeding machine, electric control cabinet, powder collecting device and other equipment.

Features of Ultrafine Mill:

1.High accuracy and high strength.

The middle body and frame has a soft connection to avoid the vibration effect of the grinding cavity on the body and analysis machine, so as to improve the accuracy of analysis. The engine base which is made of high strength and anti crack ductile iron has good impact resistance.

2.High powder collecting efficiency.

The bypass powder collector adopts the same resistance scheme to avoid the different output of the two powder collectors. The two discharging holes of powder collector and dust discharge port are on the same line, which is easy to collect the powder particles and improve the efficiency of powder collecting.

3.High yield, low energy consumption.

The analyzing machine adopts the high density blade to reduce flow resistance, so as to increase the powder fineness and yield. The analyzing machine has variable frequency and speed regulation, which is more accurate and energy saving with high degree of automation.

4.Stable, reliable and safe.

It makes full use of the advantages of German Flender reducer to improve the stability of the equipment. The host and the reducer adopt the elastic sleeve pin coupling to improve the reliability of equipment. The reducer and motor adopt V-belt transmission power, which is safer for overload protection.
