There are many means to improve equipment automation level and recovery rate of preparation equipment, such as constant feed ratio of the grinding system, water level control, automatic control on the flotation pulp pH value, online monitoring, computer analysis and intelligent computer control.
3. Finally, improve the technical and economic indexes of gold mineral processing equipment. It is for large-scale gold ore dressing equipment. Gold ore dressing plants should use appropriate workshop corresponding to the scale of the large sized gold ore dressing equipment as far as possible, which contributes to realizing the automation control on the production process of mineral processing equipment, increasing gold recovery rate, reducing energy consumption and costs, and improving economic benefits.
