Parse the Evaporation Intensity of FTM Three-Drum Dryer

08/09/2015 Return

The evaporation intensity of drying equipment is usually figured out according to the inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature, feeding temperature and discharging temperature, and etc. FTM dryer machine mainly consists of barrel, front and back tug device, feeding and discharging device, gear cover and so on. The matched equipment of three-drum dryer includes combustion chamber, feeding and discharging device, dust removing plant and etc.

FTM Three-Drum Dryer

This year, the new-type three-drum drying machine researched by Fote Machinery is of low outlet temperature and high thermal efficiency. This new-type three drum dryer is developed on the base of the original, making use the exhaust afterheat to warm up and not need any dust removal equipment. FTM new-type three-drum dryer can save 1 to 1.5 KWH of electricity and 1 to 2 kg of coal by producing a ton of material. Besides, it also decreases the cost to replace the bag of dust collector. It not only reduces the investment cost, but also meet the requirement of energy conservation and consumption reduction. This drying machine has a number of features like strong resistance to overload, less energy consumption, low drying cost and large processing capacity.

FTM three-drum dryer employs the downstream drying mode, by which the materials and hot air enter into the dryer from the same direction. It takes advantage of the high-temperature air to obtain high evaporation strength. By choosing reasonable parameters, the consumption of coal and power can be lowered down by 10% to 15% and the output increased by 10% to 15% in general compared with the ordinary drying machine.
