Compared with traditional wood pellet machine, what are the advantages of the vertical ring die pellet mill?
1. Its transmission efficiency reaches over 98% by using high precision cylindrical helical gear that helps it drive directly.
2. After being processed by hot fire, the tooth surface is improved in hardness. In addition, the tooth surface adopts carbonization, the carburized layer can reach 2.4mm, which improves its abrasive resistance and extends the service life of the spare parts.
3. The principal axis and conjoined hollow shaft adopt alloy structure imported from Germany and manufactured through water forging, rough turn, heat treatment, lathe finish and demonizing, so that the machine has reasonable structure and even hardness and the fatigue resistance and abrasive resistance of the spare parts are improved, which provides more reliable protection to safe operation.
4. The main machine box is casted of high-quality steel with even thickness and compact structure and further elaborately processed by the Swiss import NC machining center and the working accuracy is high with zero error, which provides more powerful support for the normal operation of the machine.
5. The bearings and oil seal of the transmission part adopts high-precision bearings imported from Japan and wear-resisting and temperature resistant fluororubber oil seal, and lubrication oil returning system is especially set up. In addition, lubrication grease can be automatically added at regular time to make sure the bearings get sufficient lubrication.
6. The bearing of the pellet molding system adopt high-quality silent bearing, and thin oil circulating cooling system is added, so that the service life of the bearing is longer and the operation of the machine is safer.
7. The ring die is made of high grade stainless nickelic steel and the unique compression ratio design is reasonable, which ensures the high quality of the product and minimizes the production cost.
