High pressure ball machine is a type of pelleting equipment which is able to pelletize various dry and wet materials continuously sent by the pre-under the preloading device. This ball press machine is mainly used in such industries as coal, mine, metallurgy, refractory and building material. To reduce the manufacturing cost of high pressure ball press machine and make this equipment more attractive in the appearance, Fote Machinery carried out improvement design to the XY752 type ball press machine in May 2006 and reduced the section size of the box.
High pressure ball press machine is mainly composed of transmission system, feeder mechanism, main frame, roll shaft, belt conveyor and oil pressure system. The transmission system is mainly made up of transmission motor, coupling, reducer, ball trough coupling. The power is separately transmitted to two working rollers, which are movable roll and fixed roll. The movement direction of the two rollers is opposite and they move simultaneously.
The main machine frame is a frame-based compound structure and composed of eight beams. It adopts cone pin for positioning which makes the connection solid and dismantle convenient. Inside the frame, there are fixed bearing pedestal and movable bearing pedestal supported by oil cylinder. The belt conveyor is composed of electric roller, tail wheel, riding roller and belt. The oil pressure system is made up of oil box, oil pump, oil filter, overflow valve, single-direction valve and accumulator and its main function is to automatically provide a stable pressure to the roller as well as energy accumulation and safe overflow.
The fixed roller group bearing box does not move inside the frame, with one end fixed onto the vertical beam and the other end maintained the desired distance with the internal side of the movable roll group bearing box with adjusting gasket. Under the thrust of the upper and lower oil cylinder force, the other end of the movable box will main the adjusting distance. Preloading spiral is adopted to continuously press the materials into the working zone, and under the effect of the two working rollers, the materials will be pressed to pellet.
