(1) In the running process of desulphurization gypsum pressure ball machine, there is frequently oil leakage of the oil pressure system. At this time, do not panic, immediately stop the machine and restart it after the oil-leakage is repaired.
(2) To prevent dust from falling side of desulphurization gypsum pressure ball machine, customers should timely clean up the dust outside to prevent it from abrading the internal spare parts, at the same time, pay attention to the dust in the dismantling process and prevent it from falling into other mobile parts.
(3) Check the internal spare parts of desulphurization gypsum pressure ball machine, if abraded, immediately change the lubrication grease of bearings and clean it up. Pay attention to the oil pressure of the oil cylinder, if there is big change in the pressure of the oil pressure, timely inject new oil. Open the observation cap of the reducer, check the interdigitation and abrasion state of the gears, check whether the foundation and safety screws are loose, if loose, tight them up.
