1. Improve the powder grinding system of dry powder ball press machine to improve grinding efficiency.

The most direct benefit of improving powder-selecting efficiency is that final fine powders can be timely separated, thus reducing the powder returning rate of final cement products and reducing the workload of cement ball mill. The internal reform of ball press machine refers to the improvement of powder grinding system, which is the most fundamental solution.

2. Add highly efficient powder concentrator.

When the granularity of materials that are fed into the powder grinding mill is reduced, the powder selecting efficiency will be improved. If the efficiency of grinding system is low, it will influence not only the output of ball grinding mill, but the quality of cement.

3. Add tertiary crusher in front of dry powder ball press machine.

Fine crushing before grinding can greatly reduce the granularity of materials, thus reducing the workload of the grinding system.

These three methods can all improve the output of dry powder ball pressing machine, and the relationship of them are that fine crushing before grinding is the premise, powder selecting after grinding is guarantee and internal reform of grinding mills is foundation.
