How to Improve the Productivity of Ball Press Machine?

The raw coal has a direct impact on the productivity during the processing of ball press machine. Then how to increase the quality of productivity of ball press machine? There are three methods to improve the quality of raw coal:

1. Raise the bulk density of coal. High bulk density leads to less semi-coke shrinkage and coke crack during the coking process, which effectively increases the strength of coke. Because of the increasing bulk density, the gaps between coal particles have reduced. The colloid is easy to fill the void during the coking process, so the gas cannot easily precipitate. At the same time, the expansion and flow of the plastic mass are increasing so that the contact between coal particles are becoming closer and closer to form a solid structure of coke.

2. Optimize the coal grinding process. Different kinds of coal can be crushed in different groups to meet different size requirements. It is called selection process, which can improve the coking property of coal and reduce the coke crack so as to improve the quality of coke.

3. Add additives. Add right amount of non-coal additives such as caking agent or lean agent to the coal stove, which can change its coking property. Coking agent technology is suitable for materials with low fluidity and weak volatility to improve the mechanical strength reactivity effect of coke. Lean agent technology is suitable for materials with high fluidity and volatility to improve fragmentation, mechanical strength and structure of coke. The two processes can be used simultaneously, which are mutually reinforced.
