1. It requires that the lubrication grease should be clean and the sealing must be excellent. The main oiling parts of the machine include: A. Rotary bearing; B. Rolling bearing; C. All the gears; D. Movable bearing and sliding surface.
2. The newly installed tyre is easy to become loose, for this reason, regularly check it.
3. Check whether all the parts of the machine can work normally.
4. Check the abrasion condition of the quick-wear parts and timely change the abraded parts.
5. If the oil temperature of the bearing rises, immediately stop the machine to find out the reason and eliminate it.
6. If there is impact sound while the rotary gears are running, stop the machine and check it, and eliminate it.
