Within the end dump and and lift circular mill, raw materials through the drying cabin get to the end of the milling cabin and are discharged by mechanical method. The ground powder will be fed into the powder concentrator by elevator, and the bulky materials in it will be sent back for a second grinding within the mill.
Raw material mill is composed of cylinder, lining board, storehouse board insulation, rotary part, transmission part including reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control device, main bearing, feed and discharge device and transmission system, etc. The rotary rack wheel adopts casting gear hobbing process, the cylinder inside is lined with with wear resistant lining board, besides, the lining board is removable and of good abrasion resistance. The steel balls are made of wear resistant materials. In addition, the raw material mill has a structure of single storehouse, and the lining board of mill inside is designed as combined, direct at different lining board structures for different grinding stages in the mill, greatly improving grinding efficiency.
