Under the premise of keeping coal slime and lignite from deteriorating, lignite dryer can dewater coal slime and lignite to a water content below 13%, increasing combustion efficiency and making use of the coal resources more fully. The following is to analyze the common components of lignite dryer.
1. The raw material crushing equipment. This step is mainly aimed at finely crushing large sized raw materials to make them conform to the processing requirements of the dryer.
2. The combustion heating system. It adopts pulverized coal furnace or boiling furnace or chain boiler, fuel-type coal stoker, chain plate slag remover, air blower, and other equipment, ensuring providing the drying system with stable high-temperature thermal media.
3. The drying and dehydrating system. It uses sealed feeding box, screw propeller, multipass drum dryer, discharging box, etc. to accomplish the heat exchange between high moisture materials and high temperature thermal media.
4. The power distribution control system. It adopts complete sets of power distribution unit, measurement and control operating station, industrial television monitoring system, in-situ control box, electric actuator, and other electric equipment to achieve the centralized or local automatic control of the drying system.
5. The conveying device. When to feed, it can deploy belt conveyor or screw feeder according to material property to achieve a uniform feeding and stable production. After drying, materials can reach the designated position by conveying equipment, improving equipment automation degree and production efficiency.
